人間ドック

　今日は年に一度の人間ドックに行って来ました。

　昨夜の雪でサラサラですが、かなりの雪が積もっていたので早朝から除雪作業をしてからのドックは、喉は乾くし、お腹はすくし、とかなりの悪条件。

　年末年始の栄養分と運動不足もあり、体調としては年間を通じて一番危ない時期ではありますが、「ありのままの自分を検査してもらう」つもりで毎年この時期に『深川市立病院』で検査を受けています。

　今日の検査結果は、数年前から指摘されている「眼圧の高いおそれ」と、胆のうに２ｍｍほどのポリープが見えた、ぐらいで、他の検査結果はすこぶる良好との診断でした。

　肝臓機能や血液検査には日頃の鍛錬の成果が出てくるかと思いましたが、現在のところ数字的には問題ないようで、このような状況ですが、丈夫な体で生んでくれた両親に感謝です。

　メタボ検査も昨年と同じ８１ｃｍでしたが、自分の感覚では皮下脂肪が付いている感覚ですのでこの辺は自重しなければ、と思いますし、体重も１ｋｇ近く増加しているので、バラ肉を１ｋｇほど抱えていると思って、警戒していきたいと思います。

　今日は１日中青天となりましたが、朝日の昇る前の東の空があまりにもきれいでしたのでその写真を添付します。

I'm impressed, I must say. Seldom do I encounter a blog that's both educative and entertaining, and without a doubt, you've hit the nail on the head. The issue is an issue that not enough folks are speaking intelligently about. Now i'm very happy that I came across this in my hunt for something relating to this.

What you posted made a bunch of sense. But, consider this, suppose you were to write a awesome headline? I ain't suggesting your information is not solid, but suppose you added a headline that makes people want more? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is kinda boring. You could glance at Yahoo's front page and see how they create news titles to get viewers to open the links. You might add a related video or a related picture or two to get people interested about everything've got to say. Just my opinion, it could bring your website a little bit more interesting.
